If I could give Automatic Transmission Service LLC more than 5 stars, I would. From start to finish, they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They told me to drop off my wife’s … More Yukon and that they’d inspect it on Tuesday. Sure enough, on Tuesday they called, explained exactly what was wrong, and let me know the transmission needed to be rebuilt. They gave me the price upfront with no surprises, and after I gave them the go-ahead, I asked when it would be finished because it was my wife’s daily driver and I needed to arrange a rental. They told me it would be ready by the end of the day Friday, and they kept their word. At 2:30 Friday afternoon they called, and I picked it up that same day. The Yukon shifts absolutely perfectly now. In fact, I honestly think it shifts better than it did when I bought it with only 32,000 miles on it. The quality of their work, their communication, and their ability to stick to the timeline they promised were outstanding. It’s hard to find businesses that do exactly what they say they’ll do these days, but Automatic Transmission Service LLC is one of them. If you need transmission work done, I highly recommend them. Five stars simply aren’t enough! Less
